Technology at the service of people

Gardia was founded on personal experience – with the aim of using technology to truly help people. Behind Gardia is microsynetics, a company that stands for safety, self-determination and freedom in everyday life. With the intelligent Gardia emergency call bracelet, the start-up offers a smart solution that quickly calls for help in an emergency – automatically when a fall is detected by intelligent FallGuard fall detection or manually at the touch of a button. Through its connection to the professional 24/7 Bosch emergency call centre and its strategic partnership with healthcare product manufacturer Beurer, it combines state-of-the-art technology with reliable care.

Safety and self-determination

A key feature is the ability to individually specify who is notified in an emergency – relatives, friends or the emergency call centre. In addition, the founders placed great importance on a design that deliberately sets itself apart from classic emergency buttons, thereby counteracting a stigmatising appearance. Gardia thus combines safety features with self-determination.
